Products featuring your own photo are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned. Items using a photo from our collection can be returned.

How do I upload a good photo?
To provide a high-quality photo for a perfect result, follow these steps:
- Choose the original photo: Use the original, unedited image directly from your camera or phone. Avoid using photos downloaded from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Snapchat. These platforms often compress images, reducing their quality and making them less suitable for larger prints.
- Check the resolution: For a clear and sharp print, make sure your photo has a high resolution. This is especially important for larger products. For smaller products, a slightly lower resolution may sometimes be sufficient. See our guide for specific recommendations.
- Avoid edits: Try to send photos without filters or heavy editing. These can affect image quality, especially when enlarged.
- File format: Send your photo preferably in JPEG or PNG format. These formats usually maintain image quality and are easy to upload.
- Alternative sources: If you don’t have a suitable photo yourself, you can find free, royalty-free images on websites such as unsplash.com. Choose a photo that matches your preferences.
