Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You can purchase a standard return label from us from £2.95.

Exchange Items

You can specify for each item in the Returnista portal whether you wish to return the product. Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive a discount code, allowing you to easily order a new product. As soon as your return arrives with us, we will send you a discount code by email.

Combine Multiple Orders

It is not possible to return multiple orders in one package. A return must be registered for each order number.

Return Conditions

When we receive your photo products as returns that do not meet the conditions below, we are unable to accept them.

  • Personalised photo products cannot be returned, unless there is a production error or transport damage.
  • Complaints or damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Reports outside this period cannot be processed.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is damaged.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Products must not be damaged by personal use or careless handling.
  • Products that have been specially made to order or with personal content fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal.
  • If you choose a refund or discount code, previously paid shipping costs will not be included in the amount to be refunded or credit received.
