Returns and Withdrawal Policy
Complaints and returns for defective items
Our photo products are custom-made specifically for you, based on the image, size and options you select in our ordering tool. Therefore, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does apply to products from our own collection or to selected photos from a partner platform, unless these have also been individually customised.
Of course, you can return any product if you have a valid complaint about the quality, if the product is damaged, or if parts are missing. Please follow the three steps below:
- Inform us!
Do you have a complaint? Comments or complaints about the product after receipt must be reported to us within 4 working days.
We aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your photo again soon. After submitting your comment or complaint, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours.
You can send your complaint along with a relevant photo to info@kitchenyeah.com. - We will send you a return label
We will create a return label for you and send it by email. Print the label and attach it to the return parcel. Then hand in the parcel at a DHL service point. - You will receive a new photo product, a voucher, or a refund
Depending on your complaint, we will offer you an appropriate solution within 3 working days after receiving the returned product. This may be a replacement photo product, a voucher, or a refund to your bank account.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the goods;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in one order and these were delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the last partial shipment or last piece, if you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple parts or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KitchenYeah.nl, Jumaweg 4, 9291NA Kollum, The Netherlands, info@kitchenyeah.com) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged for this refund.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
This applies in particular to our custom-made photo products, which are produced especially for you.
